Apply when you find the home
When a property feels right, submit an application online. The form takes about ten minutes. You upload income documents, list prior addresses, and pay the application fee. SunQuest runs the screening (credit, income verification, prior landlord references, criminal and eviction background) and most applications come back within two to three business days.
Every applicant goes through the same process under the federal Fair Housing Act. If anything in a file raises a question, we call you before any decision is made, so you know where you stand.
